Hosted by Alan Turnbull and
our friends in Stirling, the fifteen dancers of TARTAN PRIDE
toured extensively by bus (Loch Lomond, Loch Ness, Culloden,
Inveraray, Fort William, Oban, Glencoe, etc), attended the
Edinburgh Military Tattoo, and the Bridge of Allan Games, as
well as performing in some interesting venues -- Stirling,
Culzean Castle and the Creetown Gala. The highlight had to be
the first performance ever by Highland Dancers in the newly
renovated Great Hall at Stirling Castle, accompanied by our
pipers, Jim and Colin McWilliams. |
