At the invitation of the
Vancouver Police Pipe Band three TARTAN PRIDE dancers
accompanied the band to perform as part of the Canadian
contingent in the Netherlands National Tattoo, held in Breda.
Having learned the choreography by mail, the girls joined Joe
Wallin’s Amethyst Dancers from Halifax to perform “The Lord of
the Dance” nightly. Their days they filled with sight-seeing
in places like Amsterdam, Bergen-op-Zoom, and Rotterdam and
villages around Breda. |
